Jewell Radimisis Jorge LLP is a personal injury law firm looking for an experienced Law Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years law clerk experience in personal injury. This is a full‑time, permanent position which is remote at this time. Salary commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities Strong background and experience in both AB and Tort matters. Able to support lawyer’s practice by running all aspects of file management. Prepare legal documents; maintain files and manage tasks to move files forward. Draft court documents such as Motion records, Statements of Claim, Mediation briefs and Pre‑trial memoranda. Prepare Affidavit of Documents, undertakings charts and follow up on undertakings. File court documents online. Complete client intakes; set up and arrange intake meetings. Schedule appointments; book examinations for discovery, LAT motions, mediations and settlement discussions. Communicate and correspond with clients, insurers, AB and Tort counsel and representatives from various companies and organizations. Provide general assistance and administrative support to lawyer on files as assigned. Qualifications Law Clerk Diploma/certification. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Law Clerk preferably in personal injury litigation. Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and legal practices in the area of personal injury. Technical proficiency in MS Office; experience working with Filevine is an asset. Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment; self‑starter. Must be able to work independently in a remote setting and also be part of a team. Superior attention to detail; well organized. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, initiative, and accountability.
