Role Overview In the role of Maintenance Engineering Manager at our Fraser Valley Brewery, you will be responsible for: Developing and utilizing the team and assets to achieve short‑ and long‑term performance goals. Leading the Progressive Maintenance pillar team as part of our World Class Supply Chain methodology. Managing facility maintenance, utilities, and project management responsibilities for capital and expense projects. Driving change management initiatives in safety, quality, sustainability, and asset reliability to continually improve plant and process operations. Reporting to the General Manager, Fraser Valley Brewery, and contributing to the Brewery Leadership team. Key Responsibilities Engage a highly skilled workforce to deliver business goals. Manage company assets, ensuring a safe working environment and high‑quality, high‑productivity equipment. Maintain or improve assets to deliver high quality and low‑cost goods safely. Deliver initiatives to reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and EHS mandates. Coach, communicate, and recognize team performance; build effective partnerships across the brewery and supply chain network. Drive talent planning and performance management through coaching and development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Maintenance or equivalent experience. Advance degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering preferred. Minimum ten (10) years in an engineering/maintenance leadership role in manufacturing. Corporate engineering experience with multiple plant support preferred.Proven track record in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment. Motivated leader who inspires, respects commitments, and obtains results through development. Negotiator focused on clients; curiosity fosters innovation and execution.
