Join our team as a Bilingual Social Media Specialist In this role, you’ll implement growth strategies tailored to the audience of each social media platform of all FYihealth group’s social media accounts. You’ll lead the social media strategic direction to enhance visibility and engagement across platforms for our brands, while collaborating with our creative Marketing team to develop enticing content.The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Vancouver, Calgary, or Montreal.What Will You Be Doing?Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms for all of our patient facing brandsPartnering with marketing on influencer campaigns and brand partnershipsManaging our content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural momentsWorking with brand managers to establish targets and strategies for growing social media platforms tailored to each brand's audienceCollaborating with copywriters to ensure consistency in storytelling, user experience, and copy flow across all brandsOptimizing shoppable content across platforms, driving direct sales through social channelsBuilding and nurturing our online community, encouraging user-generated content, brand advocacy and responding to comments, DMs, and engaging authentically with our followers dailyTracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategyConducting A/B testing on content formats, posting times, and messaging to maximize reach and engagementMonitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategyStaying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trendsAs The Successful Candidate You Have:Bilingualism French and English3-5 years of social media management experienceUndergraduate degree in a related field (literature, business, arts, etc.)Understanding of influencer marketing and community managementPlatform expertise across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube with understanding of each platform's unique algorithms and best practicesAnalytics proficiency with Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google AnalyticsExperience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) is considered an assetHow You'll Benefit:A comprehensive total rewards package, including two free pairs of glasses and lenses per yearA coaching culture that fosters ongoing growth and development opportunitiesA people-first culture, (but dogs are also welcome)An organization that gives back locally and nationally, and supports you in doing so as wellWhy You Should Join Us:FYihealth group is Canada's leading diversified healthcare organization comprised of FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, and solis optics.
