Join us as a Production Supervisor and be part of a world-class team driving success in the manufacturing industry.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:Education:Minimum: Post-secondary diploma or trade certification in industrial technology, engineering, or a related field.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, forestry, or business administrationExperience:Minimum: 4+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment.Preferred: Experience in industrial or sawmill operations.Certifications:Minimum: None required.Preferred: Relevant safety or industry certifications.Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shiftsResponsibilitiesLead and Engage a High-Performance Team: Direct and inspire a production team of 16-20 employees, fostering collaboration and accountability to meet performance goals.Ensure Quality, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Uphold production processes that meet quality, safety, and environmental standards, creating a safe and compliant work environment.Optimize Production Resources: Monitor productivity, adjust tasks and scheduling, and efficiently allocate resources to meet production targets.Train and Develop Team Members: Coach and support team members in enhancing their skills and professional growth through performance management and development programs.Support Administrative Operations: Manage scheduling, payroll processing, and daily reporting to maintain efficient operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
