We are seeking an experienced Communication Manager to support our Quality & Risk Management Canadian Managing Partner. This role is pivotal in advising on leadership communication and managing all internal & external communications plans for the Quality & Risk Management department. As a manager, you will develop and deliver a modern communications strategy that informs, inspires, and connects our people to our vision for the future of the business. This will be a hybrid role to support a collaborative team environment.What You Will DoDevelop and execute strategic content and communication plans aligned to Quality & Risk Management priorities while supporting key projects and programsEnsure communications are strategically linked to KPMG’s business objectives and firm valuesSupport change management efforts by developing communication approaches that help people understand and embrace new ways of workingCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across national and local marketing and communicationsManage and maintain a consistent visual and narrative identity for all communications, ensuring everything feels connected, clear, and professionalOversee a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and coordinated storytelling across multiple channelsManage communications for national programs to execute Quality & Risk Management 2030 priorities, building awareness and brand for the function’s value propositionBuild strong relationships and collaborate with Functional HR Leaders, Practice Leaders, Quality and Risk Management partners, and external stakeholdersBring a proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented approach to managing various projectsWhat You Bring To The RolePost Secondary Education in Journalism, Communications, or related disciplineFive or more years of corporate communications experience at a management level, preferably in a large matrixed organizationExperience in regulated industries or professional servicesExpert-level writing and communications skills, with proven ability to engage audiences creativelyStrong project management, analysis, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interact credibly with senior leadership and clientsExperience in innovative communications approaches, including advising on various mediums (e.g., video, AI-generated content)Experience managing social media accountsFlexible, diplomatic, and able to operate in diverse settingsThis position requires written and oral fluency in EnglishKPMG BC Region Pay Range InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
