This is a dynamic role that blends financial leadership with hands‑on exposure to all aspects of centre management. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for: Leading the development of annual asset budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with targets Managing and analysing centre profit and loss reports, including monthly accruals, journals, and prepayments Conducting timely financial risk and opportunity assessments, presenting insights and recommendations to the Asset Team Supporting the Centre Manager with retailer relations, administrative functions, and maintaining retailer standards Performing bi‑monthly budget forecasting to ensure financial agility Overseeing daily banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, and the smooth operation of the centre office Participating in duty management on a rotating weekend roster (with a day off in lieu) What will set you apart from the rest?
