Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships using excellent people and problem‑solving skills. Take initiative as a self‑starter, creating a day that works for you. Provide strong planning and financial advice to help clients reach their life goals. Leverage RBC Dominion Securities’ brand to attract high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and business owners. Create customized portfolios and wealth plans using RBC’s investment and wealth management resources. Foster long‑term, multi‑generational relationships with personalized service. Coordinate with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support clients in all aspects of their financial lives. Qualifications 4–6 years of outbound sales experience and comfort earning 100% commission. Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will complete it before your start date. Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management. Strong relationship‑building skills, able to connect with all types of individuals. Nice to have: direct marketing or financial services experience with high‑value sales success. Nice to have: Completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
