The Role As a Legal Coordinator, you will support the In‑House Legal Counsel and several internal teams by helping manage contracts, compliance, international mobility, and onboarding‑related legal matters. Reporting directly to the In‑House Legal Counsel, this role involves administrative support, legal coordination, and cross‑functional problem‑solving, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and timely execution. Client Contract Review: Serves as a backup contract review resource when need arises from high volume and team member absences. International Mobility: Develop template letters for cross‑border travel and assist with obtaining visas and facilitating international travel for contractors and associates. Onboarding Support: Assist the onboarding team with legal questions and provide jurisdictional advice for onboarding internal staff and temporary workers. Engagement Support: Collaborate with the engagement team to find solutions for international workers in Canada on various work permits. Accounts Receivable: Address client accounts receivables, contractor overpayments, and unreturned equipment issues. Contracts Management: Support the preparation of contractor agreements that reflect client specific requirements and provide guidance in partnership with Sales and Operations teams. Who You Are You have a diploma or degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field. You have strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents. You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple deadlines. You have clear and professional communication skills. You have a resourceful, problem‑solving mindset. You have comfort working with legal terminology, contracts, and compliance. You have the ability to work effectively with Sales, Operations, Engagement, and Onboarding teams. The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
