Position Overview The Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and demonstrating elevated product knowledge. What We Offer 40% Associate Discount Free Mental Health (EAP) benefits for you and your household Free Product Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Key Responsibilities When assigned to the sales floor: Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers Proactively engage customers, read cues and respond effectively Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales When assigned to the cash wrap: Deliver a friendly, efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases Maintain cash wrap selling zone and complete “go‑backs” When assigned to processing and replenishment: Process merchandise to be floor‑ready and maintain back‑room and under‑stock to brand standards Replenish merchandise to brand standards and place products on the sales floor Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets and out‑of‑stock management When assigned to floorset activity: Execute floorset proficiently Understand and adhere to brand standards Assist with maintenance of back‑room and under‑stock All associate roles at Victoria’s Secret are responsible for: Driving top‑line store sales results and growing the business Maintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiator Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures Recovering and replenishing merchandise Understanding and adhering to visual merchandising standards Assisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues Building awareness and skills in loss prevention Supporting store strategy to reduce shrink Providing a safe working environment Demonstrating company values Building loyalty through the Rewards Program Performing tasks that may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing Compensation Minimum Salary: $18.00 / hourMaximum Salary: $21.25 / hour Qualifications Exhibit an authentic desire to exceed customer expectations Show proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals (preferred) Demonstrate a sense of urgency Maintain a competitive spirit while focusing on teamwork Show resilience and recover quickly from setbacks Seek opportunities to take on more responsibility Pursue coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; lead own learning Offer schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non‑business hours Accommodations We will accommodate applicants and associates with disabilities in the recruitment, selection and assessment process as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
