You will generate and engage with potential buyers, understand their needs and present them with vehicles that best suit their lifestyle. Your role is critical in supporting the sales department in exceeding the targets and goals set forth. Working closely with your managers and team members to maximize every opportunity while providing an exceptional buying and ownership experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer a premium buying experience through exceptional customer serviceEnsure all customer interactions align with Volvo's brand values and high service standardsFollow proven sales processMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all Volvo vehicles, trims, features, technologies, and industry trends of our and competitors modelsAssist in guiding customers through finance, leasing, and purchasing optionsWork with our team to collaborate on social media contentDemonstrate advanced knowledge of the brand's advanced featuresBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customersFollow up on all leads with an omni-channel approach utilizing all forms of communication including in-person, phone, text and video.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through the whole ownership experienceConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and kpisMaintain accurate customer records in our software systemsQualifications & SkillsCommitment to learning, growth and personal developmentTeam Player We mean it.At least 3 years of proven experience in retail sales (luxury automotive brand experience a plus)Valid G License with clean abstractValid OMVICStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsSelf motivated with a results driven approachWe offer:Strong compensation planGenuine Team and Management supportGroup benefits package including health insurance & car allowanceExperienced management teamOngoing training initiativesPositive team atmosphereRegular Team eventsOpportunity for growth within our organizationInterested candidates, please attach your resume.
