With a foundational understanding of SAP systems and practical experience, this position is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP modules, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful SAP implementations and ongoing support.POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:Document client requirements for SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, WM, PP) and map them to appropriate SAP solutions.Configure SAP modules to meet client specifications and perform initial testing.Identify functional gaps in the system that require enhancements or customization.Conduct system testing to validate SAP solutions against requirements.Map legacy system data to SAP data objects to ensure seamless data migration.Provide post-go-live support to end users, enabling them to execute business transactions effectively.Build trust-based relationships by responding to customer needs professionally and reliably.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, communicate effectively across organizational levels, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.Take ownership of tasks and projects, delivering quality outcomes while managing productivity and resources efficiently.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Data, etc.).Minimum of 2 years of SAP project implementation experience in one or more modules (FICO, SD, MM, WM, PP, etc.).Experience in at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation or multiple phases of an implementation.Industry experiences relevant to the assigned SAP module(s).Exposure to or training in SAP S/4HANA.Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.Excellent communication and presentation skills.CORE COMPETENCIES FOR THIS POSITION:Ability to assess complex business processes, analyze requirements, and contribute to effective solutions.Strong ability to convey technical and business concepts to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to support business objectives.Open to continuous learning, willing to explore new technologies and methodologies, and adapt to changing business needs.Focus on understanding business challenges and delivering solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation for business processes, system solutions, and user training.Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and contribute to system optimizations.Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a structured environment.Polytainers is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
