If you thrive in fast-paced kitchens, know your béchamel from your beurre blanc, and love shouting “Yes, Chef” (even when you are the chef), keep reading.What You'll Be Doing:Leading the line during serviceSupporting the Executive Chef with planning, prep, and all the in-between tasksTraining and motivating kitchen staff to maintain high standards and efficiencyEnsuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchenEnsuring each dish leaving the pass meets quality standards and impresses guestsWhat You Bring to the Table:A deep love for food and at least 3 years of kitchen experience (bonus points for fine dining or resort experience)Leadership skills and a team-first attitudeStrong organizational skills — able to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectivelyA cool head under pressureRed Seal certification or equivalent training (preferred)Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa is dedicated to cultivating a workplace that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion.
