We're a remote-first, Toronto-based startup with big ambitions.About The Role: We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Director of BizOps, Strategy & Operations to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you will own relationships with key insurance and distribution partners, drive the delivery of partner-linked strategic projects, and contribute to the development of our internal operating model. This isn’t a sales role. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration, sound judgment, and the ability to influence without authority.
