We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new automotive accessories across new categories. This role will guide product development from concept to launch. Job Description: The Product Development Manager is to lead our dynamic product team drive product innovation across new categories. This role will guide product development from concept to launch – from category analysis, ideation, design direction, prototyping, costing, and coordination with manufacturing. An opportunity to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and operations to build best-in-class automotive products that enhance the TuxMat brand. We are an ambitious group looking to take Automotive Accessories the next level. Responsibilities: Manage a team of product developers to execute on innovation journey Identify and evaluate new product categories that align with TuxMat’s growth strategy Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends Establish clear design briefs and requirements Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver on launch goals Work with manufacturing partners to ensure feasibility, quality, and scalability Partner with marketing to support go-to-market strategy and positioning Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, or industrial design, ideally in automotive accessories or consumer products Strong understanding of product lifecycle management - from concept to launch. Proficiency in CAD design tools or ability to work closely with design teams. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time. Experience working with manufacturing partners Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Passion for cars, product design, and building tangible products High proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) TuxMat is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
