Account Director The Account Director will play a pivotal role in leading and managing client relationships, ensuring project success, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and fostering strong client partnerships on a large account in the nicotine category. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and mutual understanding. Develop deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic counsel and identify opportunities for growth. Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop innovative and effective brand solutions. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the agency’s overall growth. Conduct regular client presentations and reporting, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and performance. Mentor and guide junior account team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in account management within an agency setting or related field. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and integrated marketing communications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively. Proficient in project management tools and software. Experience in the nicotine category is a plus.
