Position Details The Senior Marketing Associate will implement and facilitate marketing content and communications in support of the marketing strategy to increase exposure and engagement for the Hyundai Motor Finance, Kia Finance and Genesis Finance brands. The Associate will be responsible for leveraging various resources in the organization including collaboration with Sales, Servicing, Marketing, Strategy, Remarketing and Operations teams. Additionally, the Associate will use new technologies and platforms to increase our brand equity by creating engaging dealer and customer communications. The Associate will be responsible for communication journeys, content development, vendor coordination, reporting, and supporting internal partners. Duties and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer and dealer communication journeys (loyalty, lease maturity, service). Design, build, and launch journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud aligned with business and retention goals. Draft, edit, and deploy communications across Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and the Dealer Portal. Use Marketing Cloud and automation tools to segment, personalize, execute, and optimize campaigns. Oversee the communication calendar and roadmap. Run A/B tests and apply insights to improve performance. Use AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, segmentation, and QA, and identify new AI opportunities. Report on communication performance, journey engagement, and testing results. Coordinate with external vendors (translation, direct mail, promotional items) and ensure brand consistency. Manage Dealer Portal content, placement, engagement strategy, and updates with stakeholders and vendors. Oversee vendor relationships, execution quality, timelines, costs, and performance improvement. Support special marketing and sales initiatives, events, and production of digital/print collateral. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 2–3 years branding, customer communication, and/or marketing experience, or related field. Business/Professional level proficiency in French preferred. Previous marketing translation experience is an asset. Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Excellent language skills in French and English, both verbal and written preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Loop, and Word. Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation systems (Marketing Cloud). Strong knowledge of Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong interpersonal relationship and project management skills. Advanced writing skills, including editing and proofreading. Sound understanding of marketing and branding principles. SEO fundamentals and website content optimization for improved visibility and accessibility. Creative, detail‑oriented and organized.
