Our convenient Price Café offers free Tea and Coffee Supply Chain Manager – Antec Controls We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee our warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and shipping/receiving operations. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of goods, optimizing processes, and supporting overall supply chain performance. This position requires a hands-on, solutions-focused approach and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet operational goals and customer expectations. The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across warehousing, logistics, purchasing, and shipping/receiving functions. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and support business objectives. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and availability. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to support timely procurement and delivery. Monitor supply chain metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements. Lead and support a team, providing clear direction and fostering collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Ideal Candidate for this Position Will Have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in supply chain systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and apply problem-solving strategies. Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations.
