We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full‑time positions.Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal todayJob DescriptionPay: $72,000 to $79,000 with incremental increases based on tenure, performance and completion of courses.Schedule: Monday to Friday with most days in the office and some working from home.Language: Must be fluent in both French & English.Main ResponsibilitiesAssess the efficacy of existing processes, ensuring they are scalable, identify areas for improvement and implement changes, including automating manual tasks and creating new processes to replace legacy ones.Develop new processes and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with CIBC standards.Create or update documentation so that process and documentation align with CIBC’s standards; collaborate with team members to establish benchmarks and best practices.Collect qualitative and quantitative data, compile reports illustrating trends in KPIs, KRIs, and other metrics.Conduct quality assurance, testing random samples of output to ensure established quality standards and benchmarks are consistently met.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, adjacent teams, clients, and external partners.Ensure the Enterprise Physical Security System is used effectively and according to standards; if not, work with site staff and Enterprise teams to find a resolution.Adapt and remain flexible in response to changing business needs.The Ideal CandidateBilingual – fluent in both English and French.Strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability.Skill in compiling, analyzing, and presenting professional reports.Excellent customer service skills, establishing trust with internal and external clients.Adaptable, quickly learns new software and applications.Focused on continuous improvement, both of the program and personal development.Strong time‑management, prioritization and ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.Active team member, contributing to a positive work environment.Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering or similar methodology is beneficial.BenefitsParticipation in the Company Health and Dental plan.Paid vacation and other wellness benefits.Access to educational assistance programs.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Paid training and development programs.DisclaimerAll candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
