This position is for one of these subdivisions.Job DescriptionBuild and execute social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination, messaging and audience identificationGenerate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages a high level of customer interactionOptimize & manage the company’s social media profiles and presence to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence.Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach and engage with the target audienceTrack, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and SEO. Continuously seek improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics.Work with other team members to determine the outcomes of the Marketing Function that support the overall business strategy and goals.QualificationsThe ideal candidate:Completed bachelor's degree preferably in the field of (digital) marketing or communicationMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience within an online marketing agency or Social Paid Media jobExcellent written and verbal communication skills for advertising content and copyA real professional: motivated, independent and initiative-oriented. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, but you are hands-on with us and have a commercial eye. Communicating, (critically) analyzing and organizing are your strong points, as well as an eye for detail & meeting deadlines.A dose of curiosity and a healthy urge to learnExperience with online marketing in a variety of environments is an advantageExperience working remotely from home officeBilingual(EN & FR), Spanish and other languages (asset)Additional InformationLOCATIONWork from your Home-OfficeCan work from anywhere from Canada or USA, as long as we have openings in your area.EDUCATIONCollege, FinishedMinimum 5 years ExperienceTraining in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, is preferred.REMUNERATION:Based on experienceSCHEDULE:Flexibles hoursPart-Time (minimum 15hours per week) or Full-Time (40hours)Week-days, Evening & Week-end Shifts available #J-18808-Ljbffr
