Details are provided below as examples of our commitment to employees.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, adjust, modify, test, diagnose, and repair AW169 aircraft.Create and complete task cards and work packs in CAMP.Work with specialized aviation and power tools, computers, and diagnostic equipment.Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks.Keep timely and accurate records of the repair and maintenance activities performed.Use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for tasks/jobs.Maintain a clean and productive work area.Conduct aircraft cleaning duties of interior and exterior (excluding medical biohazards).Work efficiently alone and as part of a team.Read, understand, and adhere to Safety & Health Policy Statement, Company Occupational Health & Safety Manual, Company Policies and Procedures, and the MPM.Utilize the Company reporting system to report any hazard, incident, or accident.Enter labour in the labour tracking system accurately for all tasks performed.Perform work in accordance with Transport Canada guidelines.Other duties as assigned.Ideal CandidateMust hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME license.Experience working on a rotary-wing asset, ideally on Leonardo Helicopters AW-Family aircraft, particularly the AW169.Experience with WinAir, CAMP or other similar maintenance programs.Good organizational skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken).Physical ability to sit, crouch, walk, or stand for extended periods; dexterity for working in confined spaces.Willingness to undertake shift work and be comfortable working at heights.Eligible for an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and ability to work in Canada (or able to obtain Canadian status).Holds a valid driver’s license.Babcock is committed to promoting a workforce without boundaries and to accommodating applicants during any stage of recruitment if needed.
