Responsible for:Leading the design, development, and optimization of Adobe AEM components, templates, and content fragmentsDesign and implement regional content delivery strategies within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Design and build dynamic, responsive forms using AEM Forms using core form components and related technologiesCollaborate with content authors and UX designers to streamline content workflows and improve authoring experiencesIntegrate AEM with other platforms (e.g., M365, SharePoint) where neededSupport governance, performance tuning, and security best practices for AEM environmentsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analystsDocument architect, workflows and development standardsCompletion of a 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent diploma5+ years of experience in web development, with 3+ years in Adobe AEMProven experience with:AEM location detection and regional content delivery such as IP based and/or postal code geolocationAEM Forms (adaptive forms using core form components, rule editor, data integrations)Content Fragment ModelsExperience FragmentsStrong understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, and JCRExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
