Financial Integration Analyst The Financial Integration Analyst plays a key role in supporting system integrations, process improvements, and data consolidation across Onyx Fire Protection Services’ national operations. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively across finance, IT, and operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and support financial integration projects related to acquisitions, ERP enhancements, and process standardization. Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to align financial data structures, reporting hierarchies, and control processes. Perform data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation during ERP conversions and integrations. Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or SAP. Analyze and document finance workflows, identifying and implementing improvements for accuracy, automation, and scalability. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across entities, ledgers, and reporting systems. Assist with month‑end and year‑end reporting to ensure integrated data aligns with consolidated results. Develop and maintain Excel‑based reports to track integration performance and provide insight to leadership. Provide user support and training on new financial processes and reporting standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in financial systems, ERP integration, or accounting operations. Strong understanding of financial reporting, GL structures, and data reconciliation. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or SAP. Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Experience in fire protection, construction, or multi‑entity service‑based industries is an asset.
