Junior Geotechnical / Civil Engineer (In-Person – Ottawa, ON) Location: Ottawa, Ontario Company: SACL Canada Job Type: Full-time, In-person Are you ready to turn your engineering education into real-world impact? We’re looking for a curious, motivated new graduate or early‑career engineer (EIT) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn from experienced mentors, and grow into a confident design engineer. What You’ll Be Doing Help the engineering team design shoring systems, deep foundations, and working platforms. Coordinate and deliver design drawings (AutoCAD or similar). Support analysis, reporting, and field reviews alongside senior engineers. Collaborate with contractors and learn how engineering design meets construction in the real world. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. EIT status (or working toward it) with Professional Engineers Ontario. 0–3 years of experience — recent grads are absolutely welcome Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or geotechnical software is an asset. Strong interest in practical, hands‑on design work. A team player who enjoys learning, problem‑solving, and seeing their work built in the field. This position is based in our Ottawa office and requires in‑person work. We’re looking for candidates already located in Ottawa or nearby, or those who are eligible to work in Canada and ready to relocate.
