HR Business Partner (H/F) - SAFRAN CABIN CANADA CO. Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company's business objectives. This role requires working closely with senior management to drive organizational development initiatives, talent management, leadership development, and performance management processes. The HRBP will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture within a highly regulated, safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage organizational development programs that enhance performance and leadership capabilities. Tailor development initiatives to address challenges in an aerospace manufacturing environment, including compliance, process improvement, and lean manufacturing practices. Implement and execute talent management programs that identify high-potential employees, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent for critical roles. Oversee performance management processes, aligning employee goals with operational and business objectives. Develop and implement leadership development programs to equip managers and supervisors with effective leadership skills. Support leadership with training in areas critical for the business. Manage employee relations to maintain a positive, productive, and compliant workplace through employee engagement, conflict resolution, and labor relations. Use HR data and analytics to measure program effectiveness, track key HR metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes. Champion DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive environment where a diverse workforce can thrive, and partner with leaders to integrate DEI strategies into key HR processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification: CRHA or related HR certification is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR with a focus on organizational development in a manufacturing environment.
