Le Studio Singing Frog réalise depuis plus de 15 ans toutes les étapes de la production de projets de longs métrages ou des séries animées en 2D, en 3D, ou parfois même en réalité virtuelle. Nous sommes un studio d'animation dynamique et innovant, dédié à donner vie aux histoires à travers des visuels captivants et des récits engageants. Travail au Studio ou à distance depuis la province du Québec, Canada. Responsabilités Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’animation et de rigging pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées. Développer, maintenir et améliorer des rigs de personnages, créatures, accessoires ou véhicules. Déboguer et résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés par les animateurs (rigs, scènes, pipelines). Optimiser les rigs pour garantir des performances élevées en animation et en production. Résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux rigs, aux scènes ou aux outils d’animation. Assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’intégration des rigs dans le pipeline du studio. Participer aux revues techniques, tests et validations pendant la production. Documenter les processus, outils et rigs développés. Veiller à la cohérence technique et artistique des assets d’animation. Compétences requises Très bonne connaissance d’un logiciel d’animation 3D (souvent Maya). Compétences solides en rigging (squelettes, déformations, contraintes, systèmes faciaux). Compréhension du workflow d’animation et des contraintes de production. Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes. Sens du détail et capacité à optimiser des assets pour des pipelines exigeants. Aisance en communication et travail d’équipe. Singing Frog Studio has been producing feature films and animated series in 2D, 3D and even virtual reality for over 15 years. We are a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to bringing stories to life through captivating visuals and compelling narratives. With a focus on high-quality, our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of animation. Hybrid: Work from the Studio or remotely from the province of Québec, Canada. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with animation and rigging teams to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions. Develop, maintain, and improve rigs for characters, creatures, props, or vehicles. Debug and resolve technical issues encountered by animators (rigs, scenes, pipelines). Optimize rigs to ensure high performance during animation and production. Solve technical problems related to rigs, scenes, or animation tools. Ensure rigs function properly and are integrated into the studio’s pipeline. Participate in technical reviews, testing, and validation during production. Document processes, tools, and rigs developed. Ensure the technical and artistic consistency of animation assets. Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in a 3D animation software (commonly Maya). Solid rigging skills (skeletons, deformations, constraints, facial systems). Understanding of animation workflows and production constraints. Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems. Attention to detail and ability to optimize assets for demanding pipelines. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
