Senior Practice Nurse

We are looking for a highly motivated andautonomous Practice Nurse to work 8 sessions per week (across 4 days). You willbe supported by an established team of GPs, nurses, HCAs, and administrativestaff, and play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-qualitycare to our patients.Main duties of the jobKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients presenting with both acute and chronic conditions.Undertake telephone and face-to-face consultations.Support the management of long-term health conditions.Contribute to QOF, enhanced services, and practice development initiatives.Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team and PCN to deliver patient-centered care.Assist with oversight and development of our current nursing team.About usWe are a well-established GP practiceserving a patient population of around 13,500.
