Job Title: Avionic Technician As an Avionic Technician, you will be responsible for performing C checks on DHC 300 aircraft. Your duties will include dismantling, troubleshooting, replacing parts, and performing installations. All work must adhere to Transport Canada's safety standards. Responsibilities Perform C checks on DHC 300 aircraft. Dismantle, troubleshoot, and replace aircraft parts. Conduct installations and modifications as required. Ensure all work complies with Transport Canada safety standards. Required Skills Troubleshooting Aircraft maintenance Repair Heavy maintenance Installation Modification 5+ years of Canadian avionic aircraft modification, repair, and installation experience Additional Skills & Qualifications AME E certification (nice to have) DHC 300 Endorsement C check experience Heavy modification experience Blueprint reading experience Why Work Here? This position offers a long-term contract opportunity with benefits such as paid flights in and out, paid accommodations, and a daily per diem. Work Environment The work environment is a shop floor hangar, with shifts available up to 7 days a week if desired. Typical hours are 8 am to 6 pm or 6 am to 6 pm. Please note that this contract position is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Toronto, ON. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr. Workplace Type Fully onsite position in Toronto, ON.
