Job Overview Senior Manager, Business Digital Enablement CRM Solutions – responsible for overseeing the design and execution of CRM capabilities across IB Retail & Digital Banking, ensuring client experience excellence while aligning with business strategies and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Lead the strategic design and oversight of enterprise‑wide CRM roadmap, covering technologies such as iCRM, Sales Platform, Salesforce, and campaign/portfolio management tools. Manage the definition, design, implementation, and operational integrity of front‑line tools for retail and small business segments across international markets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Consumer Analytics, Digital Banking, Global Banking Technology, Global Operations, local business lines) to identify, define, and build technology solutions that deepen customer relationships. Conduct user‑led design sessions and product workshops to capture frontline user insights. Translate business goals into clear product plans, aligning with the IB CRM Capability Map and growth segments. Use data‑driven approaches and analytics to identify user needs, track product performance, and support informed decisions. Drive agile product development cycles (Scrum), managing sprints and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features. Own product ownership and champion change management for new technology deployments. Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and insights to stakeholders and executive management. Utilize industry‑standard tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Figma for roadmap management and collaboration. Qualifications 5+ years of product management experience in highly cross‑functional, cross‑cultural environments. Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual). 3+ years of agile experience. 3+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence. Experience building and deploying CRM technology solutions from a business standpoint. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Deploying digital solutions in fast‑changing environments to drive P&L. Banking/FI experience. Knowledge of consumer and small business technologies (origination, core banking, risk, other systems). Experience with Figma. Soft Skills Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, presentation, and influence skills with senior executives. Relationship management skills. Strong communication skills. Education Bachelor’s degree in financial management, business, or related fields preferred. Agile/Product Owner certifications are an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
