Underwriting Specialist, Small Business Northbridge Financial Corporation Our Underwriting Specialists customize solutions for our clients when they need advice on Small Business risks. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk while being responsible for servicing increasingly complex accounts in accordance with existing guidelines and business objectives. The Underwriting Specialist is responsible for underwriting and servicing increasingly complex accounts in accordance with established guidelines and business objectives, achieving national standards for data quality and service level agreements. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity to coach and mentor junior colleagues and further develop your skills from our more experienced underwriters to help grow your appetite of complex risks.
