Ce que vous ferez:

  • Contrôler et ajuster les registres d'inventaire et rechercher/résoudre les écarts d'inventaire.
  • Diriger et coordonner des programmes de comptage de cycles réussis dans tous les entrepôts, y compris les entrepôts 3PL.
  • Faciliter l'inventaire physique annuel
  • Préparer les conciliations du parcs des réservoirs de produits en vrac
  • Examiner les matières périmées et prendre les mesures qui s'imposent sur une base hebdomadaire
  • Faciliter mensuelle la disposition de matériel
  • Préparer et examiner les rapports d'inventaire périodiques afin d'assurer le plus haut niveau d'exactitude de l'inventaire.
  • Autres tâches si nécessaire

Ce dont vous avez besoin:

  • Diplôme universitaire ou diplôme d'études supérieures et deux (2) années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'inventaire ou des achats sont exigés.
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques, y compris une expérience de l'utilisation de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel et Word).
  • Expérience de l'expédition et de la réception de produits à l'aide d'un système d'inventaire informatisé.
  • Expérience avec SAP est considérée comme un atout
  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse, avec la capacité d'établir des priorités et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
  • Très motivé et capable d'identifier les causes profondes
  • Doit avoir le souci du détail et de l'exactitude.
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et capacité à travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
  • Connaissance des produits et l'expérience de l'industrie chimique sont considérées comme des atouts.
  • Doit être parfaitement bilingue (français-anglais).

About the position:

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to ensure a sufficient supply of products to meet demand. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the highest level of inventory accuracy by leading periodic cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and adjust inventory records and investigate/resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Lead and coordinate successful cycle count programs across all warehouses, including 3PL warehouses
  • Facilitate Annual Physical Inventory
  • Prepare Bulk Tank Farm reconciliation
  • Review and action expiring material on a weekly basis
  • Facilitate Monthly Disposal of Material
  • Prepare & review periodic inventory reports to ensure highest level of inventory accuracy
  • Other tasks as needed


What you’ll need:

  • University Degree or College Diploma with two (2) years of related Inventory or Purchasing work experience is required
  • Excellent computer skills inclusing experience using Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Experience with shipping and receiving products using a computer inventory system
  • Experience with SAP is considered an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prooritize and multitask
  • Highly motivated and capable of identifying root causes
  • Must be detail oriented and pay close attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a high pace environment
  • Product knowledge and chemical industry background is considered an asset
  • Must be fluently bilingual (French-English)
