OverviewJoin to apply for the PointClickCare Solution Analyst role at SE Health.The PointClickCare Solution Analyst role supports the planning, design, configuration, and launch of business improvements across the Seniors Living business line. This includes identifying, analyzing, configuring, and validating business needs to align with required business capabilities. The role uses Clinical Informatics knowledge to optimize PointClickCare, our core platform for senior care operations, ensuring it meets evolving business and clinical requirements. Responsibilities also include gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, requests for proposals, and systems requirements. The Application Support Analyst may generate and compile reports with probable causes and viable solutions to system issues. This position applies communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize IT investments.ResponsibilitiesApplication Configuration/Support: Actively support the application portfolio across the Seniors Living line of business.Clarify and translate business requirements/objectives into functional specifications and designs.Configure new software features to enhance business capabilities and/or efficiencies.Independently or with peers, configure enhancements based on defined business requirements.Design test scripts and lead testing to align to defined specifications.Support root cause analysis of problems and contribute to mitigations.Migrate new enhancements/configurations across DEV to UAT to Prod.Ensure consistency and standardization across multiple instances of the same solution where necessary.Provide onboarding/offboarding support based on defined SLAs.Resolve and document application incidents and defects.Manage vendor escalations and relationships to facilitate issue resolution.Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.Support the implementation and integration of new clinical modules as part of projects.Deliver end-user training to support successful system use and project rollouts.Maintain system security by managing user roles and permissions in PCC in compliance with laws and policies.Perform monthly/quarterly audits and create relevant stakeholder reports.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining, developing, and documenting business requirements and specifications, considering platform capabilities.Create systems models, specifications, and diagrams to translate requirements into feasible options for stakeholders.Prototype new capabilities to enhance processes and information flow.Understand existing business processes and recommend changes to optimize platform usage.Maintain Change Management documentation for Production changes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other technically relevant field.Minimum 4 years of Application Support Analysis experience, with at least 2 years configuring PointClickCare.Solid understanding and experience configuring PointClickCare is essential.Healthcare knowledge is highly preferred.Clinical Informatics understanding to translate clinical needs into system requirements.Experience supporting requirements definition and configuration of Cloud/SaaS solutions.Familiarity with governance related to clinical information systems.Ability to assess solutions at the platform level and ensure consistency across the platform.Ability to collaborate with end-users and IT professionals, building relationships and managing expectations.Experience defining, implementing, and/or enhancing operational processes and templates.Senior’s Living and/or related business knowledge is an asset.Skills/CompetenciesDefine and communicate timelines, resource needs, and deliverables to stakeholders.Ability to research production issues and provide solutions.Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes (Change and Incident management).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team.Flexibility in hours as needed.Why Join SE Health?Competitive Compensation – Total Rewards package including salary, benefits, pension, incentives, on‑demand pay, and staff perks.Flexibility & Support – Hybrid work options, flexible scheduling, and a supportive culture.Meaningful Impact – As a Social Enterprise, your work directly supports improving lives across Canada.Growth & Development – Tuition assistance, training, and career advancement opportunities.About UsSE Health is a caring, purpose‑driven organization with a Home Office that supports our teams, drives strategic growth, and helps shape the future of health care.
