This role oversees new production programs, introduces new technologies, and ensures engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company objectives. The Engineering Supervisor also provides training, coaching, and guidance to technical staff while supporting cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.Location: Ingersoll, ONKey ResponsibilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects with frequent interruptionsLead teams independently while meeting deadlinesCommunicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholdersWork under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailRequirementsEducation & ExperienceEducation: Engineering Technician education or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience: Minimum 10 years of related engineering experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilitiesKnowledgeStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving methodologiesCNC programming and routing/SOP developmentBudget management and project cost controlContinuous improvement and cost reduction practicesFamiliarity with cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing settingSkillsStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to evaluate complex engineering and manufacturing issuesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, ExcelEffective leadership and decision making abilitiesSkilled in presenting projects and technical proposals to managementIf you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic teamYour interest in this opportunity is appreciated.
