As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of claims files in litigation. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client‑centric solutions. How You Will Create Impact Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate and make decisions autonomously to resolve complex bodily injury claims. Contact claimants, clients, lawyers and witnesses in the investigation and resolution of claims. Manage complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Coach, train and provide technical support to the claims team. Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement. Use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions. To Join Our Team Three years of claims or related business experience. Post‑secondary degree or diploma. Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or working towards. Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work, or will attain one. What You Need To Know Travel occasionally. Own a vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance. Direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment. Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required. Subject to a background check as a condition of employment.
