About The Role We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our North York team. This role is central to maintaining the efficiency and positivity of our daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming workspace. Key Responsibilities Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability and organization. Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment aligned with company standards. Track and manage vendor relationships, including maintenance, water deliveries, and service providers. Liaise with building management to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements. Provide general administrative support, including document organization, filing, and record keeping. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in administrative role, reception, or facilities coordination preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and digital office tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong sense of customer service. Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
