Job Overview Position: Senior Structural Engineer Company: Structural Engineering Consultancy Location: London, West London (W14) Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum Employment type: Full-time Industry: Structural Engineering (Residential & Commercial) Reference: BBBH1209_1762509352 We are an award‑winning structural engineering consultancy based in South West London, growing rapidly due to increasing workload across several sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of high‑end residential projects, including new builds, refurbishments, basement designs and multi‑storey schemes. Deliver technical solutions for commercial projects such as schools, data centres, public sector schemes, vertical extensions and re‑cladding. Prepare and review provisional sums from £150,000 to £10m and contribute to temporary works design solutions. Produce quality design drawings, calculations and reports, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with the project team and clients to provide commercially viable solutions. Required Qualifications & Experience Several years of structural design experience in the buildings sector. Ideally Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent. Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness; MIStructE is preferred. Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
