What You Will Do (The Mission) This is a pure "hunter" role focused solely on opening high‑value accounts. The goal is to move beyond single‑machine sales and secure high‑volume orders (5 to 10 machines or more at a time). Customer relations after the sale are handled by a separate team. Aggressively prospect, qualify, and secure new, high‑volume accounts across the Canadian manufacturing and welding sectors. Leverage your existing network within companies that purchase welding machinery (MIG/TIG) to accelerate adoption of our advanced laser welding technology. Drive significant market share growth by demonstrating the compelling value proposition of laser welding. Lead the company’s physical presence at exhibitions, including strategic input on show selection and full responsibility for professional booth setup and teardown. What You Must Bring (Qualifications) Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable success selling industrial TIG and MIG welding equipment. An established, high‑value network of contacts within the industrial and manufacturing sectors that directly purchase capital welding equipment. Proven ability to bypass gatekeepers and negotiate high‑value, complex B2B sales cycles. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and financial stability to sustain the initial equity‑only compensation structure while building your stake. (Strong Asset) Ownership of or access to a suitable garage or industrial space in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that can be used for professional machine demonstrations.
