Your day will involve leading the reporting and analytics function within the marketplace team, ensuring the delivery of accurate, actionable insights to drive business decisions. This role manages a team of analysts, oversees the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI, and coordinates reporting projects to support marketplace growth. This includes: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of marketplace reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reporting analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all marketplace reporting outputs. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data visualization, and analytics capabilities Manage multiple reporting projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone with these required skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles, preferably within a marketplace or Finance reporting environment. Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including performance management and professional development. Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well: Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex reporting projects on time Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Project Management Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, & individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
