Senior Advisor, Operational Risks – Desjardins We invite applications for the Senior Advisor, Operational Risks role at Desjardins. Responsibilities Help prevent, analyze and develop guidelines for suspicious and fraudulent transactions. Assist with compliance, internal controls, crisis management and protection of personal information. Lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative. Make recommendations on planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects. Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple departments and exercise interpersonal savvy. Serve as specialist advisor and subject matter expert, acting as resource and coach for decision‑making bodies. Represent Desjardins’s position in agreements with external partners and organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum six years of relevant experience (other combinations considered). Knowledge of French required.
