Key Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and clients Research, prepare, and file trademark applications and related documents with the Canadian Trademarks Office, courts, and other agencies Draft and prepare correspondence for filings and client reporting Coordinate trademark-related work with global offices and external counsel Conduct trademark searches using Canadian Trademarks Office database and online tools (e.g., Saegis) Organize and maintain files, manage deadlines, and ensure docketing accuracy Assist with filing documentation for Opposition and Cancellation proceedings, including evidence filing and compiling exhibits Collaborate with the legal team to provide general IP support Strong organizational and time management skills Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WebTMS, and docketing systems Effective communication and teamwork skills Education & Experience Post‑secondary education 3–5 years of experience in a similar IP role Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
