You will gain exposure to the firm’s businesses and deepen your knowledge of the investment banking industry.You will be expected to take a leadership role in:Organizing and developing presentation materials supporting our clients’ capital decision-makingAssisting in the execution of M&A transactions and equity and fixed income issuancesBuilding complex financial models and valuation analysisAssisting in managing and coaching a team of analystsConducting a variety of industry and company research and analysisPerforming various tasks supporting senior team members in their deal execution and client coverage effortsAlthough the emphasis is placed on analytical capabilities, financial modelling and presentation skills, candidates must also show the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.Your TeamNational Bank Financial Inc.
