Job Overview Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity in its Vancouver branch for a Project Director to lead complex construction projects with precision and impact. This role ensures senior management receives timely, accurate project updates, drives high-performance teams that consistently deliver successful outcomes and earn strong stakeholder references. The Project Director aligns team development with company goals, delivers exceptional construction results, and builds lasting trade partner relationships through collaborative planning tools like the Last Planner System. They will foster leadership across the team, elevating both individual performance and company success. The wage band for this position is $159,799 to $239,699 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.
