Direct message the job poster from CAA South Central Ontario.Join to apply for the Insurance Service Agent (Flexible Work Arrangements) role at CAA South Central Ontario.What You Will DoAnswer inbound calls from existing policyholders regarding policy change inquiries, questions pertaining to policy coverage, general service inquiries and completing policy billing transactionsSend outbound correspondence to CAA Insurance policy holders, providing technical support for CAA Connect and CAA MyPaceAssist with the collection of data for departmental reportingOffer support for ongoing departmental projects and initiativesMeet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including first call resolution, average handle times and various other customer service metrics to ensure top quality serviceWho You ArePost-Secondary education completed, University preferred1-3 years of exceptional customer service experiencePrevious experience in a call centre environmentDesire to pursue Other Than Life (OTL) license and/or Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designationStrong teamwork and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenOTL/RIBO licensed an asset (if you are not licensed, you must be willing to obtain your OTL, provided by CAA)Call Centre HoursMonday to Thursday - 8:00am to 8:00pmFriday - 8:00am to 6:00pmSaturday (once a month) - 9:00am to 4:00pmYou must be flexible to work various shifts within the call centre hours.Our CommitmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with all applicable Provincial Human Rights and Accessibility Legislation.
