The Lake Shore Gold division, a subsidiary of Pan American Silver, operates the Bell Creek and Timmins West mines in Timmins, Ontario. The operation features underground mines and surface processing facilities, employing modern access and ore‑handling infrastructure. About the Opportunity We are hiring Development Miners (Jumbo Operators & Bolters) for full‑time assignments at the Timmins West Mine and the Bell Creek Mine in Porcupine, Ontario. The schedule is a 5‑5‑4 rotation with 10‑hour shifts, days and nights. In this position you will operate single and/or multiple boom jumbo rigs, lead a 2‑man crew in development headings, extend grades and center lines, mark drilling faces, and ensure wall control with the site geologist. You will also be capable of operating a jackleg and/or stopper and be knowledgeable in all aspects of drift, ramp, and construction mining. The role requires strong leadership, communication, self‑motivation and a commitment to safety.
