Position Profile Develops and maintains Child Development Service policies and resources in collaboration with stakeholders. Assists with program monitoring and evaluation. About Child & Adolescent Community Health (CACH) Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people. These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families. Written Application Requirements A statement addressing the following selection criteria ONLY (2-3 pages); Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including negotiation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across the service Demonstrated problem solving skills, including conceptual and analytical ability and the ability to use information and research evidence in program and policy development Demonstrated experience in project planning, management / implementation and evaluation, including the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines. Knowledge of trends and issues relevant to child and adolescent community health, particularly with regard to child development and disadvantaged groups, including Aboriginal people. A current resume which summarises your experience and includes both phone and email contact details of two professional referees, with at least one being a recent supervisor / line manager.
