Overview Diagnostic Radiologist position at Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) – a tertiary care facility with a full range of diagnostic imaging services. Facility Kelowna, British Columbia – a vibrant community with outdoor recreation, cultural amenities and a high quality of life. Practice Details We currently have 16 diagnostic and interventional radiologists and offer the following imaging resources: 3 CT scanners 1 MRI (expanding to 2 new units) Brand new interventional fluoroscopy suite Digital mammography and a PET scanner (adjacent BCCA) Modalities for X‑ray, ultrasound, bone mineral density, and diagnostic mammography in our 3 clinics Only IHA site performing MRI‑guided breast biopsies Procedural responsibilities mainly include biopsies and drainages; vascular intervention, nephrostomy tubes, and complex biliary work are handled by the IR team. Qualifications Fellowship training is required. Additional experience in Cardiothoracic, Chest, MSK, Breast or Nuclear Medicine imaging is an asset. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service – Estimated remuneration competitive.
