Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process. Operate welding equipment safely and effectively. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform welding on various metals and alloys using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, and make necessary adjustments to ensure work meets specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Follow welding safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Welder or similar role. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Familiarity with welding tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions. Preferred Qualifications Certification in welding from a recognized institution or apprenticeship program. Previous experience in (6 months-1 year). Knowledge of welding codes and standards.
