Financial Security Advisor – Life & Health Insurance Desjardins is looking for a dedicated Financial Security Advisor to sell life and health insurance products and services. Responsibilities Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. Sell life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs. Promote and sell financial security products and services to individual and business clients. Analyze member/client needs and recommend personalized solutions. Balance sales objectives, risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction. Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources. Act on business opportunities and present information to partners to help members and clients reach their financial goals. Monitor industry trends to identify business development opportunities and stay informed on new products. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of two years of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered). Life Insurance Representative Certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers. Knowledge of French is required. Action oriented, communicates effectively, customer focus, interpersonal savvy, nimble learning, situational adaptability.
