Join our team and lead front store operations at Pharmasave #400 Schedule Full‑time (40 hrs/week): 8‑hour shifts Monday to Friday, (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Occasional Saturday shift (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., approx. once/month). Responsibilities Lead initiatives aligned with store objectives and promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies. Manage front store operations: staffing, scheduling, cash handling, banking, and security. Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies. Assist Store Operator with budgeting, admin tasks (timesheets, OHS, billings), and deliveries. Monitor market trends and adjust merchandising and promotions. Ensure compliance with procedures for returns, complaints, and shrinkage control. Qualifications 2+ years retail management experience (preferred). Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Valid drivers licence required. Finestra knowledge is an asset. Criminal Record Check required.
