ResponsibilitiesTo be part of the AtkinsRéalis Middle East delivery team.To lead and manage CAD/BIM packages with minimal supervision.To technically supervise and mentor CAD/BIM technicians.To ensure deliverables meet client scope, budget, and quality expectations.To implement and enforce CAD/BIM standards across projects.To identify training needs and support team development.To support project teams in proposal and delivery phases.QualificationsCapable of independently producing Revit models in coordination with Architecture/MEP.Strong experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures.Able to develop GA's, sections, and detailed drawings (RC and Steel) independently.Competent in checking and assigning detailing work.Ensures drawings comply with UK/ME regional standards.Demonstrates understanding of commercial aspects of project management.Leads innovation and continuous improvement within the team.Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 10–15 years of experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects. Advanced knowledge of CAD/BIM tools, team leadership, and coordination with project management and senior engineering teams is essential.Required attributesA proactive and enthusiastic professional with strong leadership and technical skills. Demonstrates the ability to manage workloads, mentor teams, and contribute to process improvements.
