You will play a central role in ensuring the platform meets business needs while managing technical configurations, integrations, and system governance.This position supports ACI’s efforts to reduce reliance on external developers by maintaining in house platform expertise, especially in configuring CRM workflows, maintaining data quality, and integrating with systems like ERP (BC), marketing tools, and analytics platforms. The role will be critical in simplifying processes, improving cross functional business use .Business & Technical ContextThis role involves hands on configuration and functional ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with an emphasis on using the Microsoft Power Platform to drive automation and integration. Experience with Power Apps (model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse is expected.
